Owners are responsible for accurately and correctly providing the auditor with all documents, records and reports necessary for the audit. At the same time, they are obliged to give written or oral explanations to the auditor&#039;s request.<\/p>\n<h2>What are the types of audits?<\/h2>\n<p>Below are the types of audits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mandatory and voluntary;<\/li>\n<li>Audit of economic activity;<\/li>\n<li>Internal and external;<\/li>\n<li>Financial statement audit and special;<\/li>\n<li>Compatibility;<\/li>\n<li>Mandatory (mandatory) audit organized by the order of state bodies;<\/li>\n<li>Operation;<\/li>\n<li>Other types of auditor service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Who are the audit services?<\/h2>\n<p>Audit services can be performed by independent auditors or audit organizations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Independent auditor - <\/strong>He is a natural person who has the right to provide audit services within the republic based on the license issued by the Chamber of Auditors of AR.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auditor organization<\/strong> - It is a legal entity that has acquired the right to audit in the territory of the republic based on the license issued by the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan and whose only field of activity is this type of service according to its charter. These organizations are created by one or more founders in accordance with the procedure defined by the AR Civil Code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the auditor has a family relationship with any person from the management of the enterprise in the audited enterprise, has a personal property interest in the enterprise, has been an owner or shareholder, founder of the enterprise, as well as if he has provided service in the enterprise before, those auditors are prohibited from conducting an audit in these enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>It should also be noted that economic entities can conclude a contract with auditors for a certain period of time on any issue related to their financial and economic activities. If these contracts are audited, an act must be drawn up by the auditors in a predetermined manner according to its results.<\/p>\n<h2>In what forms is the audit performed?<\/h2>\n<p>Audit verification can be carried out in two forms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>mandatory audit<\/strong> - audit intended to be carried out in cases provided by law, as well as for economic entities that have to publish their economic financial statements<\/li>\n<li><strong>voluntary audit<\/strong> - audit carried out at the initiative of the economic entity in all other cases, except for the above cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What is an auditor&#039;s opinion?<\/h2>\n<p>At the end of the audit, an opinion is given by the auditing organization or the auditor.<\/p>\n<p>An auditor&#039;s opinion is an official document with legal significance and a single form, which reflects the value given to the accuracy of the annual financial statements, financial situation, general state of accounting, legality of financial and economic operations of the economic entity, confirmed by the signature and seal of an independent auditor or an auditing organization.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the act of handing over the auditor&#039;s opinion is a document that determines the fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the auditor or the auditing organization.
